She is the director of AU INOVA Research Center & INOVA NeuroLab, a consultant for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), a faculty member of Altınbaş University’s Faculty of Business Administration, and the founder and managing partner of WE.Q. Consulting. She completed her Ph.D. in Marketing at Izmir University of Economics and the University of Texas, and her postdoctoral studies at Koç University. She has lectured at the University of Texas, the University of Rhode Island, Ecole de Management de Normandie, Koç University, and Bilgi University.She works as a consultant and project manager for UNDP IICPSD on projects focused on sustainability and [technology.At](http://technology.at/) WE.Q. Consulting, she conducts research and projects on “TECH4GOOD” and “Future of Work” with technology companies including Microsoft, Google, and Meta. She also provides training in these areas. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Informatics Foundation of Turkey.His current research focuses on behavioral neuroscience and human-technology interaction.
