Burcu Civelek Yüce joined Akbank in 2006, where she has worked as Head of Strategy, Deputy General Manager of Human Resources and Strategy, and Deputy General Manager of Strategy, Digital Banking, and Payment Systems. In January 2022, Yüce became Deputy General Manager of Individual Banking and Digital Solutions at Akbank, and she now serves as Head of Private Individuals at ING Deutschland. Prior to joining Akbank, she worked in international management consulting and technology companies. He graduated first in his class from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and completed Executive MBA programs, and has participated in various training programs at Harvard Business School and Koç University.
